Company Background

Located in scenic Buchanan Michigan, Tabor Hill Winery & Restaurant is well known for their award-winning wines and innovative cuisine.  Tabor Hill is the largest producing winery of the 6 that are located in Southwest Michigan, and the only Winery in the State of Michigan to have it’s own restaurant.  They have been in operation for over 40 years.

Challenge

Tabor Hill desperately needed to update its Web presence to match the quality they are known for.  However, since their Web Site wasn’t viewed as a revenue channel, this project had to be accomplished within the constraints of  a limited budget.

Ostrander Consulting worked with Tabor Hill to devise a comprehensive approach to marketing all of it’s products online, and also placed a significant focus on selling gift certificates on the new Site.

Results

Tabor Hill has enjoyed numerous favorable comments from it’s customers and vendors regarding the look and usability of the new Site.  Additionally, the exceptional increase in revenue from Gift Certificates sold online has more than funded all upgrades to the Site.
